A Little Adventure: Covid 19 Policy
A Little Adventure agrees that in line with Government guidance, business activities should only take place where we can establish social distancing, safe systems of work, good disinfecting procedures for equipment and suitable protection measures for customers and staff.
Below are the specific Covid 19 policies and procedures to be aware of:

All payments must be made electronically in order to comply with the non-contact guidance that is currently advised.

Use of the hire equipment must be for the householder and those living within the household and their support bubbles only. Customers must not allow, under any circumstances, persons who are not from their own household or support bubble to use the equipment.

All items hired from A Little Adventure hire are only to be used in one room within the household and should not be moved between rooms after installation.

Adequate PPE, being gloves and a mask will be worn on delivery and collection by staff from A Little Adventure.

Cross contamination between households will be eliminated by introducing a rest period of 72 hours between hire and additional cleaning before and after use.

Equipment will be thoroughly cleaned /disinfected before it can be rehired

Soft furnishings that cannot be washed at 60 degrees will only be included where a 72 hour rest period is possible, and fabric disinfectant spray is used. Duvet covers, sheets, mattress protectors and pillowcases for sleepovers for the hirer to use, will be washed at 60 degrees and placed in a fastened bag 72hrs prior to delivery.

Customers must supply their own pillows and duvets; cases and covers will be provided.

A Little Adventure will be adhering to strict hygiene measures in the hope to prevent any spread of COVID-19. However, it is impossible to guarantee that no cross contamination of the virus can happen nor can A Little Adventure be blamed for any possible COVID-19 infection.

The client must notify A Little Adventure before delivery if there are any members of the household(s) who have tested positive for COVID-19 or are presenting with symptoms in the run up to or during hire.

A Little Adventure will undertake a COVID-19 test prior to arrival at the hirers household.

A Little Adventure will notify the client if at any point any members of our household become unwell with any symptoms of COVID-19 and reserve the right to cancel the hire if this situation arises. All deposits/payments can be moved to a new date if the client/company needs to cancel because of this, or a full refund will be given.
